Kristin Balcombe
Kristin Balcombe is passionate about helping people grow into spiritual maturity and live out their God-given purpose. She and her husband, Nick, have three amazing teenagers—Jude, Reese, and Levi—and together they continue to serve both locally and globally.

At 20, Kristin moved to Peru, where she spent nearly two decades on the pastoral team at Camino de Vida Church. There, she founded IDL, a two-year leadership program that continues to equip people to lead with Christ-centered purpose today.

Now serving as the Director of Discipleship at Community Church, Kristin leads efforts to help people take next steps in faith and formation. She and Nick also lead DAS, a ministry and organization aimed at meeting the physical and spiritual needs of native communities in Peru.
