LOUDER
Theme: Louder
This conference is an assignment that the Lord has given us to create greater unity in Muskegon County and bring together leaders and women from many congregations and denominations.
This conference is called “Renew”. Renew means to regenerate, revive, rebuild, replenish, refresh, recharge, and restore. We had to make some adjustments on the timing of this but it will still be early enough in the year and also will be going into the spring time, which is fresh, full of new life and hope for the future. I think we can use a bit of hope these days.

For such a time as this
Esther 4:13-14
And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews.  For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish.  Yet who knows whether you have come to the Kingdom for such a time as this?”

1.  We will be LOUD for Jesus and His Kingdom!
It is time to stop being silent, believing that deliverance for you, your family, your school, your job, your city, your state, your country will come from another place.  God has chosen you and placed you in your specific circumstances for “such a time as this”.  You are called to carry deliverance and freedom, but you must open your mouth and choose to be louder than the mess around you.

2.  We will be LOUD in our praise.
The Shout = shabach - praise (to address in a loud tone, to triumph, to shout, to command, to glory) This is shouting praise. A shout commands our victory. It stills the enemy. This kind of praise is a battle cry, a cry of victory. A praise shout is a weapon of spiritual warfare.

Joshua 6 - They shouted BEFORE the walls came down If they had not shouted the walls would have remained. As we shout the praise of God, walls will fall - walls of sickness, oppression, poverty, bondages, strongholds, hindrances. This puts demons on the run. There is victory in our shout!

3.  We will be LOUD in our witness.  It’s time to win the lost and compel others to give glory to the only one who is worthy of the glory.

Breakout Sessions
No pre-registration need!
Just choose the sessions you want to attend and show up!!!

Breakout Session 1       10:00-10:30 AM

1.  Jen DeBrot - Equipped to Go!
Matthew 9:35-38: Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and curing every disease and every sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.
You've probably heard the old saying, knowledge is power, and I believe that's true especially when it comes to our witnessing today. With the confusion, division, and falling away that we're seeing happen in our society today, it is imperative that we arm and ready ourselves to not only defend our faith, but also implore others to hold onto the Gospel that has been passed down to us from generation to generation. We're going to go deep together so we can come out of this session even more equipped to change our communities.   Sanctuary

2.  Nancy Cyr - In the King's presence
Are you longing to know the King of Kings in a deeper way?  In the natural Queen Esther learned how to please King Xerxes, just as we can come and learn how to please our King and dwell in His presence daily. "For such a time as this " we need to know Him.     Room 3 (Nursery)

3.  Heather Smith - LOUDER FAITH! LET’S DO THIS! WHAT ARE WE DOING TODAY TO BUILD OUR FAITH?
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
I want to please God.  How about you? So many of us want to be used by God to change the world, to do great things, make an impact, and be all that God has for us. To do this, we need to get louder and bolder with our faith in all areas of our life!!      Room 4 (Multi Purpose downstairs)

4.  Arline Helms - The Church, Education, & the Culture: Remembering the Past, Understanding the Present, Directing the Future
There’s been a shift in our nation regarding the Church’s influence over education and the culture. Why has education and the culture influenced the Church today rather than the Church influencing education and the culture? As women of God, we need to know and remember our history - HIS STORY - and we need to understand the days we are living in - for such a time as this, in order to positively impact hearts, souls, and minds of future generations for Christ.     Room 5 (Truth Seekers)

5. Young Ladies Session - Sue Anderson
Conference Room, South Wing

Breakout Session 2        10:40-11:10 AM

1. Rita Caviness - STOP- DROP- PRAY The Battlefield is in The Mind!
Do you find yourself easily distracted from the Word of God and your prayer time?
More damage is done to a believer through the mind than any other area of our lives because in the mind are where our actions and reactions are born. WHY??  because we are HUMAN and walk in a sin suit called flesh daily. Let's combat the tricks of the adversary- that evil one together!!! Join me as WE gain strategies on how to strengthen our inner man and get LOUDER with the ENEMY!!      Sanctury

2.  Jennifer Rouse - Victor vs. Victim?
In these last days we as women need to have a LOUD victorious mentality. We can’t let the things of our past determine our future. We have to be LOUDER than the world when it comes to changing it. We have to be LOUDER than the voice of the enemy in battle. We cannot remain silent and become or stay a victim and allow the world to dictate our lives.     Room 3 (Nursery)

3.  Val Reames and Lisa Enders - Parenting out Loud!
With so much competing for our children’s attention today, parents need encouragement and help to navigate the chaos and to make God’s truth louder than the influences of today’s culture. How can we raise Godly children in an ungodly world? In this session, we’ll show you how to be an influencer! You have what it takes! Take up your mama-bear anointing and pray, train, and guide your children and grandchildren (Proverbs 22:6). We’ll show you a woman from the Bible who did something remarkable to protect her young ones. We’ll talk about how to combat the cultural agenda, and share some great resources that will help and encourage you to become strong women, raising strong children!    Room 4 (Multi Purpoe)

4.  Maureen Ford - Living Above the Fray
The dictionary defines the fray as a heated dispute, or intensely competitive situation. To fret, a military engagement; a battle.
We as end-time Christians are to live above the fray; the chatter and voices of opposition to God. We have the tools and the answer is Jesus! Colossians 3:1 - If you were raised with Christ, seek those things that are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.     Room 5 (Truth Seekers)

5. Young Ladies Session - Katie Chrysler
Conference Room South Wing

Breakout Session 3         1:20-1:50 AM

1. Sandy Betten - Getting Louder for Truth in a Post-Truth World
How can we, as Christian women, get louder for God‘s truth in a world where truth has become relative? How can we defend truth, order, and purpose in a world that preaches tolerance? Have you wrestled with what culture is saying because it doesn't line up with God's Word or His ways? How do you stand for truth and speak truth in the midst of a very loud culture that works hard to infiltrate all institutions, from education to business, to the news AND MORE! Come and get fired up and equipped to stand for the truth of God's Word and a Biblical worldview!      Sanctuary

2.  Melissa McCormick - Never Forget!
When we are broken it seems easier to turn to God in our desperate state. God rescues us, restores us and blesses our lives. We walk in gratitude and appreciation for a while, but history has proven that when things are going well people tend to forget. We forget the dark broken place the Lord reached down into to rescue us. We forget who we once were. We forget about the chains that once held us bound. We forget where we could be had Christ not redeemed us. Deuteronomy 4:9 says “Only take heed to yourself, and diligently keep yourself, lest you forget the things your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life and teach them to your children and grandchildren. This breakout session will encourage you to look back, remember your testimony and allow God to use you again.   Room 3 (Nursery)

3.  Katrina Ford - Rejoicing and Receiving
Are you wondering why you are not walking in the fullness of what God has provided for every arena of your life? Well, it might just be that you need to get LOUDER in your rejoicing. Our level of rejoicing directly affects our level of receiving! I’m excited to share with you practical ways to apply what the word of God says in Philippians 4:4 “Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice”    Room 4 (Multi Purpose)

4.  Sharon Jolliff - Reclamation - defined: the process of claiming something back or reasserting a right.
What do you need to reclaim? During this session we will discover what is ours to claim and steps on making declarations loud and clear.
Room 5 (Truth Seekers)

5. Young Ladies Session - Heather Smith
Conference Room South Wing
